	SpiderOak One Backup	Sugar Connect
Likelihood to Recommend	SpiderOak No answers on this topic	SugarCRM It is a fantastic and very useful application. It has many customization options, but it does not have the power that a giant company requires. Incentivized Daniel Pacheco Process Analyst Read full review
Pros	SpiderOak No answers on this topic	SugarCRM Makes saving emails in SugarCRM really easy Flexible as to which types of records you can save to Accurate reporting on opens and clicks Easily add new records to SugarCRM from Gmail inbox Incentivized Zeke Becerra Territory Manager - Southeast US and LATAM Read full review
Cons	SpiderOak No answers on this topic	SugarCRM The payment plan that Collabspot provides does not have many advantages over the free plan. The scores do not reflect the true assessment towards clients and candidates. Mail templates have an outdated design. Incentivized Daniel Pacheco Process Analyst Read full review
Alternatives Considered	SpiderOak No answers on this topic	SugarCRM Very similar. Two different layouts for two totally different systems. Collabspot/Sugar is my primary system, but when I was an SDR, I used HubSpot for prospecting primarily because of email automation. Now that I'm a Territory Manager, I don't use HubSpot much anymore as my time is filled up with partners and clients--I do less "hunting" these days than I did as an SDR. Our company uses SugarCRM and Collabspot is integrated so I use Collabspot almost exclusively now. Right tool for the right job, I guess. Return on Investment	SpiderOak No answers on this topic	SugarCRM The staff that enters is of guaranteed quality. Customers can respond to our requests quickly. The staff of the administration is much more committed to their work. Incentivized Daniel Pacheco Process Analyst Read full review
