SportsPlus vs. TeamSnap

If you are looking for a team app for all organization teams SportsPlus works well. This is not for you if you are looking for just one team. Also this integrates well with registration and payment collection. This works best if you can use it to manage all areas of your club. The more you can use the better value you will get out of it.

I have already recommended the app to other coaches in the district. We have also talked about implementing the app for our section and conference. Due to the volatile nature of our sports schedule, the quick and easy communication tool is invaluable. Also, the ability to send to multiple people on the same account is super slick.

• Registration and payment processing is good.
• Mobile app is included for all players at no extra cost.

• It makes communicating with other parents and coaches easy
• It makes it easy to know what's coming up on the schedule
• It allows you to mark exactly which events you are able to attend

• I had a couple of parents who had some initial problems with their accounts, which eventually got fixed.
• Few times the mobile app notifications arrived later.
• Sometimes it is confusing to switch between the mobile app and mobile browser view for certain confirmations.

• It would be nice to see who has viewed the notification message but has yet to respond.
• I would like to have an idea of how many people have viewed a message sent to the team.
• It's hard to know which communication channel is more effective - sending a message or using the chat feature.

Sometimes it took time to resolve non-urgent issues.

I would have to say that for the most part, the only time we have had to use CS is when we needed to update the board members from year to year. Then we have a new administrator, or "owner" of the platform. We would then need to transfer the email from one person to another. Otherwise, even with billing, there have been no issues. It's flawless and well worth the cost.

SportsPlus is cost efficient when compared to others and it worked well in our initial evaluation which made it easy to go with SportsPlus.

Drivn.today is a horrible app/alternative to TeamSnap. Their app is super clumsy and not intuitive whatsoever. TeamSnap's website is nicely organized, and the app is simple and well organized. The app carries almost all the same features as the website, and it is a fully-functional alternative to the website. The alerts and notifications are super helpful.

• It has worked very well for us, and we use it regularly.

• It's a great tool for coaches as they know exactly who can make it to each event
• Its a great way for parents to communicate
• It's nice for the players to see who is on their team and view pictures and results
