Sympa vs. Zimyo

In my usage of Sympa, I find that it's very useful for onboarding, goal management, and organizational structure lookups. I haven't yet experienced any areas where it doesn't work well or isn't appropriate. We have many other software systems that work in tandem with Sympa.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• Loading speeds have been a bit slow at points.
• Our customized interface is easy to use but beginning to feel a bit dated (could use a refresh).
• Minor user-interface features could be added to take it to the next level.

• Zimyo has room for integrations.
• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.

• We were able to recover the invested amount in 6 months only.
