It is well suited for small to medium companies, works great in collaboration, works great if you want to have a quick company overview website where you can show your team as well as any open positions. There are some limitations to design but the good thing is that you don't need any skills to be able to get a nice page up. Super easy to use!!

It assures a fast management of applications and allows to track every step of selection very easily. Plus it allows employees to interact with applications and referrals very easily.
