TRAFFIT Tutorial - Candidate Profile (Part 1)

How to use the Candidate Profile?

Candidate profile gathers all the candidate's data, documents, activities and history of job applications in one place. It is like a complete candidate summary.

To see a candidate profile, click on the second icon in the main left menu (Candidates). You will see the list of candidates in your database. Then, select the candidate you want to browse and click on him. You will see the Summary section.

You can upload or change the candidate's photo by just clicking on his avatar and selecting a file from your computer. 

You will find the list of tags and talents, to which the candidates was assigned by the recruiting team, under the candidate's avatar. You can add or delete tags and talents using the "+" button next to these sections.

The next section is a list of this candidate's application sources. You can see there when and from which website the candidates applied to a job or jobs. 

The last section of this column shows the ID of the candidate, which user added this candidate to your database and which user made the last update on the candidate profile.

You can add a note or an activity in the middle section of the profile.  When adding a note, you can tag other users of your TRAFFIT so that they would receive a notification. Just type an "@" symbol to expand the list of users and click on the user you want to be tagged and notified. 

When adding an activity to a candidate manually, you can put a full description, date of the activity and choose its type from the list.

All the notes and activities will appear on the candidate timeline, visible below. The timeline show also these activities, that were performed in the system - as they are being generated automatically. That means e.g. meetings from the calendar, moving the candidate to the next steps of the recruitment process,  sharing the candidate profile with the Hiring Managers, e-mails exchanged with the candidate, etc. Activities on the timeline can be filtered by their type.

In the right, upper corner of the candidate profile, you can find the shortcut to check out the latest CV of the candidate with the date it was added to the system.

Below the CV, you can find the upcoming events from your calendar - these connected with this particular candidate.

The last part of the candidate summary includes the list of 3 last recruitment project this candidates was in. Both the ongoing and closed ones.
