• The Outlook Add-In broke several systems during use.
• There are many changes to the account reps and engineers assigned to us. As a result, we lost touch with Tessian.
• Lack of knowledge and help from Support during times when the Add-In was disrupting users.

• More granularity in options for resolution of bad discoveries
• Better filtering and identification of bad emails
• More remediation options

Pretty straight forward for the users and admins. Some terminology takes a little time to learn for the admin, functionally seems rock solid.

Egress is a very capable product, likely on-par with Tessian as a fraction of the cost. I will be giving them a deep review this year
