But if you want to take your customer service to the next level, show up on platform customers already use, and allow customers to reach out with questions, Text in Church is perfect for you.

Breeze is fantastic for small to medium-sized churches who are looking to increase communication and engagement. A larger church, possibly multi-site, or those with complex needs may need to find an alternative like CCB. For most, however, Breeze strikes a fantastic balance of having lots of control, functionality, and power without being convoluted.

Every experience I've had with Breeze's customer support has been... incredible. While being exceedingly polite, they are prompt and helpful. When addressing my concerns, they often anticipated other potential concerns and provide answers to them. Very proactive. The support staff seems to be very knowledgeable. I feel like there's no problem that could arise, that they couldn't tackle.
