Fathom by The Access Group vs. Trint

I have found Fathom to be well suited for all meeting types since you can control the visibility of each recording.

It consequently translates sound from all record designs and produces a shareable and editable transcript. The interface of Trint is decent and works really hard in interpreting the content. It can also be used when taking an interview of an individual from a different language background. Here and there the record of certain dialects contains botches which are then rectified by the actual persons.

• No choice for erasing the records whenever you have utilized them.
• The API likewise needs a great deal of work to be finished.
• The limitless provisions are extremely less.

We also used Spotlight reporting before we tried out Fathom and we found Fathom much easier to navigate and Xero integration, consolidation are very strong feature of the product. Spotlight reporting is similar to Fathom however, Fathom is more flexible, there are better visual reports and grafts and we found it easier to customize the reports templates. You can also share the reports with multiple group of people online.

• it saved us few hours a month to prepare consolidated reports.
• it made is easy to understand the financials with visuals
• Integration with Xero also made it much accurate
