I think many types of organizations can benefit from Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker for their legal platform. It can be great to streamline operations and to make everything uniform, particularly when dealing with multiple firms or entities inputting information.

Because it is so customizable, the system is very user friendly. It takes a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, along with a bit of lift to set everything up, but once it's up and functioning it is a great tool.

Legal Tracker works better in report pulling as well as how easy the interface is to use. the product also assists with note and status update entries and data collation.

• Great ROI due to the reduced daily work dedicated to reviewing invoices.
