  • e billing software
  • case status updates management
  • notes and tracking of case schedules

Cons

  • pulling matter reports are not the easiest to do
  • approving and adjusting bills as e-bills is very easy and efficient
the interface and usability is very good. the reporting capability is also very helpful for purposes of quarterly or monthly reports for operational leadership.
Legal Tracker works better in report pulling as well as how easy the interface is to use. the product also assists with note and status update entries and data collation.
