Thryv vs. Unanet CRM by Cosential

What I have found to be the most critical for my business as a customer of Thryv is the ability to provide an invoice and accept payment with direct linking to my bank account. This has had a dramatic positive impact on my cash flow.

I believe it is well suited for large companies or companies that use many different platforms to track and display data because of the ways Unanet can connect across platforms. If your company tracks projects associated with clients to plan workflow and business development opportunities, this is a great CRM to use. It is very user-friendly and the team at Unanet works well with our internal partners to maximize efficiency and provide us the customizations that we need

• Inputting of companies and leads who may become prospects.

• Offer an automated rewards program for my customer based on their spending and their referrals.
• Since I use Shopify and they host me it would be nice to get a financial break for not using that part of the package.
• Maybe providing apps.

• The open software is somewhat difficult to master as an administrator.
• Report writing could be more intuitive.

It is very easy to use and the features are great for the ones we utilize. If you have any issues at all, customer service or our sales rep is great to work with and fixes what issues I have. They are always willing to help out and to follow up to make sure you don't have any more issues.

Unanet is user-friendly and a very “smart” platform. I took off one point for the issues we seem to run into every couple weeks in which certain features are glitchy and unable to be used for a couple hours. They are fixed quickly, but it is frustrating in the moment

Although getting through to the right person may take a while, they have the ability to take over your screen and always assist with whatever you need.

My original trainer / implementation specialist was fantastic. That relationship has continued, even though I have been officially handed off to the customer service side. The customer service side seems to have higher turnover than normal, but in general they are also very supportive, although not as responsive as I might like.

Let's say use this software because it gives a lot of benefits to the company and we no other software use do not.

I have not used other CRM systems because all of my employers have used Cosential

• Increased Social Media Presence has kept us in touch with clients
