tl;dv vs. Trint

Strongly recommend for all Sales teams, Customer Success teams, Partnerships teams. Basically anywhere where there is an external stakeholder and you have a continuous cadence of meetings set for regular engagement. Have seen it be very productive as we have a lot to catch up on regular progress items based on previous discussions that would have happened. Great for the use case when you are not able to join the meeting at all and your tl;dv assistant basically gives you a complete download of the call.

It consequently translates sound from all record designs and produces a shareable and editable transcript. The interface of Trint is decent and works really hard in interpreting the content. It can also be used when taking an interview of an individual from a different language background. Here and there the record of certain dialects contains botches which are then rectified by the actual persons.

• It provides notes on the important details discussed during meetings
• Its AI feature can be used to identify common FAQs asked by clients during demo meetings
• The audio and video are clear and it's easy to navigate to specific parts in the recorded videos

• We face some challenges sometimes when tldv doesn't join the meeting properly. It blocks us and we have to rum some other notetaker we have. This usually happens when some person has the setting to have tldv always joining the meeting that the person is invited to. In this case, there's a conflict between the notetakers and we have to resolve them.

• No choice for erasing the records whenever you have utilized them.

tl;dv has an advantage over Gemini wherein it can follow a template if there is a preset. Gemini's greatest advantage is its Google integration, and how much more it can do with the LLM if I had follow-up questions

• Has helped save me at least 5 hrs weekly to help me draft Meeting summaries quickly
• Helps keep me track of partner progress where each of the partners is driving $100K+ in Business and keep my followups on progress very professional
• Having a schedule of 20+ meetings on a avg., I have tried multiple AI assistants but settled for tl;dv pro
