Overall Satisfaction with tl;dv
I head the partnerships vertical at Wayground, an Edtech SaaS company with 100Mn users globally. We use tl;dv majorly for our Channel Sales and Customer success team. We are a team of 15 people who focus on International Business. The AI meeting summary, notes, transcript, followup email templates, Speaker insights, all of it is very critical for us as we have continuous engagement with Partners globally across APAC, MEA, Europe and LATAM.
Pros
- Notes with Smart Topics Enabled.
- Segmentation of the meeting itself, like for one of the calls - 1. Confirmed Action Items and Next Steps; 2. Sales Strategy and Market Segmentation; 3. Pricing and Monetization Model; 4. Customer Segmentation and User Data; 5.Contract and Partnership Details.
- Speaker Insights - Talk time, Words/min, Questions/hr, Longest talk time are very critical to analyse and give feedback to train the team.
- Meeting recording itself - no need to always record GMeet or Zoom and cloud.
Cons
- Write detailed Follow up emails and directly send it to all the meeting attendees on key next action items discussed.
- Sometimes a 1 hr meeting has a 3 hr recording transcript with 2 hrs plain and blank because the AI assistant doesn't exit on time.
- Be able transcribe better on foreign languages.
- Has helped save me at least 5 hrs weekly to help me draft Meeting summaries quickly
- Helps keep me track of partner progress where each of the partners is driving $100K+ in Business and keep my followups on progress very professional
- Having a schedule of 20+ meetings on a avg., I have tried multiple AI assistants but settled for tl;dv pro
I have used both Supernormal and Firflies.ai earlier.
So while I was evaluating something seriously when I stacked the free versions of all 3 products, I think even then tl;dv showed me more value per meeting, and I could clearly see what all would get unlocked in a Premium version.
Giving the user limited but detailed access on a meeting level unlocked more value for me so decision making was way easier for me.
