User can create an interactive scenario for web based applications and [it] is well suit[ed] for users to get more help in using software and web based applications. It's a great platform. Userpilot is very handy for those companies looking for a solution that can be implemented by someone other than a developer. Sure, the developer has to do the initial implementation but once that's done (took us about a day) then literally anyone else can create content. It has saved us a bunch of time not having to build and maintain a homegrown solution.
Despite the plugin and Web App being a bit clunky, overall it has been a positive experience. I've especially appreciated the help from the support team. They've always responded to me within a day and come up with creative solutions for what I'm trying to do. I've learned from my interactions with them that though it may not be as intuitive as you'd like, there's usually a solution.
