Vault Verify vs. Webgate Plus

I think it is well suited for the request types we get and our experience with VV has been seamless.

• Linking employee's earnings and deductions from core UKG into the VOE report.
• Support staff is quick and very helpful.
• The website is easy to use.

• It would be great if Vault Verify could have a template to verify/complete the Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms, since those have to be on specific forms.

Vault Verify has been the best company to work with. The implementation was so easy, quick, and smooth, the customer service is beyond that of other HRIS systems, and the level of trust with I have for Vault Verify to handle our verifications of employment are beyond what my expectations were. All of this and we get money back for every verification that is comppleted was almost too good to be true, but it is true! I recommend this company to everyone who asks! I work with a lot of vendors and they are by far the best

The verification data is pulled on demand with Vault Verify. When using The Work Number by Equifax, the data was only pulled 2 times a month, so we would still get requests for more up-to-date verifications.

• Saves us at least 4 hours a week on verificaitons
• No cost to us
• We receive monthly checks from Vault that we can use to offset other expenses
