WellnessLiving provides my small piano and art studio with just what we need for scheduling without being forced to add bells and whistles we don't need. We accept payments directly through Intuit so we don't need a scheduling system that accepts payment. We handle our own promotions on the school's social media platforms so we don't need it on a scheduling platform.

When a student enrolls in a 2-hour class, we have to enter it as two 1 hour classes. As a result, the student only gets one reminder email. This always causes confusion. This needs to be addressed and corrected.

WPS Data Recovery Master doesn't offer download for mobile applications, but it's not a big issue since I don't store more data on my phone, when I do mainly pictures, I transfer them to my PC rapidly.

MINDBODY forced us to accept a larger "basic" package with bells and whistles we didn't need, almost doubling our monthly bill with them. Not okay, especially since we were one of their very first clients. No support for micro-businesses like my studio.

I have never tried another data recovery, service provider. I started using WPS ever since high school to convert PDF online. Recently, I started using it as the main file recovery on my PC for lost data on recycle bin.

They came to us at the perfect time. We were with another scheduling software company that was going to gouge us with increased costs. WellnessLiving was just starting and gave us an affordable package.
