Overall Satisfaction with WellnessLiving

My office manager uses WellnessLiving to schedule individual piano lessons and group art classes. She does this from her iPhone or the office laptop.
  • They respond to any technical problems by email and phone promptly.
  • The cost is affordable for our small business.
  • Their platform works with our business set up.
  • When a student enrolls in a 2-hour class, we have to enter it as two 1 hour classes. As a result, the student only gets one reminder email. This always causes confusion. This needs to be addressed and corrected.
  • They came to us at the perfect time. We were with another scheduling software company that was going to gouge us with increased costs. WellnessLiving was just starting and gave us an affordable package.
MINDBODY forced us to accept a larger "basic" package with bells and whistles we didn't need, almost doubling our monthly bill with them. Not okay, especially since we were one of their very first clients. No support for micro-businesses like my studio.
WellnessLiving support replies promptly to emails and actually answers the phone.

WellnessLiving provides my small piano and art studio with just what we need for scheduling without being forced to add bells and whistles we don't need. We accept payments directly through Intuit so we don't need a scheduling system that accepts payment. We handle our own promotions on the school's social media platforms so we don't need it on a scheduling platform.
