Access Perks vs. Xoxoday

The platform is super well oriented to provide location-specific perks and discount programs to employees based on their local marketplace. It covers all of the major restaurants/retailers/destinations in a given geographic region (and even nationally). It would be great to see additional offerings in the alternative space - vegan vendors, local vendors, etc. as a counterpoint to the tried and true national brands.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.

We also evaluated Tickets at Work - both are highly comparable options, but we went with Access Perks given both their incomparable discount network and mobile coupon program. The Access Perks website is also much easier to use, for both administrators and employees, and offers a more compelling discount/perk ratio across the board.
