Motivosity vs. Xoxoday

By using Motivosity I saw an improvement in the team's motivation and they were more inclined to provide recognition to their peers. This is so much more effective than asking people to send in recognition via email or Slack at the end of each month. This way team members can give recognition right away.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.

I think both of them serves the purpose. However, Motivosity gets more points here in terms employee engagement.
