Reachdesk vs. Xoxoday

It is well suited for employees that are sending products, samples, gift cards, or swag to customers, prospects, or partners constantly. It helps speed up and streamline that process a considerable amount. This helps with brand recognition, onboarding new partners, and keeping customers happy! This has helped my company increase sales activity and increase business as well.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Clunky campaign in my experience
• Unintuitive interface, in my opinion
• Bad warehousing in my experience

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.

We selected Reachdesk because from a capability standpoint, they were very similar but Reachdesk had much better pricing.
