Overall Satisfaction with Reachdesk

Reachdesk was a great way for us to differentiate from our competitors and cut through a lot of the noise that our customers have to deal with. It helped us build relationships with our customers and make sure that our customers were left with a great impression after the calls and meetings we had with them. It also helped us to keep our brand at the forefront of our customers' minds whenever a conversation about our space came up.

We selected Reachdesk because from a capability standpoint, they were very similar but Reachdesk had much better pricing.

After we have meetings with customers, we send them a little thank you for meeting with us. The little thank you is customized to something we spoke about on the call and has the customer logo/name on it. After we sent it, customers would often rave about how cool whatever we sent them was and really thank us for sending it - this helped build the relationship with the customer and would help us remain in contact with them when they otherwise might "ghost" us.
