Zalvis ATS (discontinued) vs. Zimyo

With the powerful applicant tracking features provided by Zalvis ATS, HR can effectively manage the whole hiring process, from the receipt of applications to the onboarding of applicants. It makes it possible to track candidate information, resumes, interview times, and feedback, expediting the hiring process. The app could be much better as compared to the website. Sometimes it lags when using mobile application. It could be better . Other wise it is useful.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• It can also send offer letters
• It does also support applicant ratings

• We encounter restrictions in terms of how much they can modify the system to meet their unique needs.
• Customers who want to use third-party tools or systems that are not a part of the Zalvis ecosystem may encounter integration problems.
• Video interview feature is missing.

• Zimyo has room for integrations.
• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.
• LinkedIn Integration and offer letter management.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.

• We have hired 3 candidates by using this software. The employees are extremely knowledgeable in their fields, so this software make it possible to make the best use of it.
• We have reduced our hiring expenses by one third by using Zalvis ATS
• Hiring time also has been reduced from 30 days to 10/13 days.

• Zimyo has resulted in very good ROI.
• Automation of Human Resources Processes.
• We were able to recover the invested amount in 6 months only.
