It makes it possible to track candidate information, resumes, interview times, and feedback, expediting the hiring process. The app could be much better as compared to the website. Sometimes it lags when using mobile application. It could be better . Other wise it is useful.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.
