Likelihood to Recommend
360 View is well-suited and even originally designed for financial institutions and banks. It does a great job at large and small scale monitoring of customers and their amount of involvement in your organization. I'd say that 360 View is not well-suited for most organizations that are not in the finance industry (although you could make it work if you need to).
