- 360 View has allowed us to place customers in marketing funnels and target specific campaigns to move them further down the funnel.
- We can easily group customers in profitability categories and determine what relationships we need to develop.

Salesforce CMS is probably one of the most used CRMs out there and is great for a business that wants to create a completely custom solution for their CRM needs, but 360 View is a platform design specifically for bankers and therefore has pre-built functions that help us to quickly create the measurements, categories, and processes we need to.
