Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is very useful if your organization handles sensitive data as it is very good in identifying the sensitive data and then encrypts them in the background.
So it helps a lot and you don't have to worry about the compliance and regulatory bodies like HIPAA , GDPR etc. so overall it is best fit if you are concerned about data and its protection.

Pros

  • It helps identify data as per the rule set and take action like encrypt them.
  • It gives you ease as it keeps your data policy aligned with the industry standards regulatory compliance.
  • Monitoring via dashboard helps us keep a tab on important things

Cons

  • Tyere are some feature which can be added like allowing to share the file externally
  • When data is stored locally and leaves the network then it is highly dependent on its preconfigured policies.
  • And some improvement can be made in allowing the rbac policies and allowing more control to the admins.

  • It has been a great addition to the application and software our org usage and the ROI has been great. As it eliminates the multiple app or software to just 1 and it reduces the cost by almost 35 %
