We use Adobe Creative Cloud for all our Creative Studio activities in the Demand Generation department for many years now. Adobe is definitely the most traditional and long lasting creative platform we ever used. It shines by being the one platform we have been using for decades and being competitive with the needs of the current times.
Pros
Flyers and Brochure creation
Image and Photo editing
Video Editing
AI on Image editing
Cons
AI image creation on Firefly needs improvement
Easy of use overall can improve
Likelihood to Recommend
Very solid solution basically without any limitation for your creative needs. Very well suited for image editing, photo editing, including AI capacities that shone like completing background among others. Video creation and editing and mostly importantly with your brochure and flyer needs, it is totally reliable and effective. It can improve on AI image generation thought.
Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise is used as part of our marketing team. We operate with a relatively small amount of seats available and those that occupy the seats range from barely if ever using the software to relying on it on a daily basis. We have few problems in our workflow, though the ones we do have, revolve around crashing on windows and slow updates.
Pros
A central hub
wide variety of use cases
clear UI
Cons
duplicate programs without an easy way to identify and delete
very slow update times
frequent crashes

It is well suited for any creative or marketing team, there is no real direct competitor on the market, though, the competitors that do exist seem to be quickly catching up with new and intuitive features. Without these tools it would be near impossible for a creative or marketing team to operate.
We use Adobe Creative Cloud on our Marketing and Communications team. We are a remote team of 25 members for a national non-profit, and having so many cloud features through Adobe is awesome. As a team, everyone can access the whole suite of Adobe tools. We also love the subscription model as it makes budgeting really easy. We have loaded our brand kit into a shared Adobe CC library accessible in all Adobe apps, so our team can easily grab logos, colors, and more. We use Adobe for all of our print, digital, photography, video, and animation needs.
Pros
Shared brand library across all applications for multiple users
A huge suite of interconnected apps for print, digital, photo, video, and animation
Similar interface between apps
The subscription model for billing and access to all apps is great
Cons
A competitive cloud based DAM system
More remote collaboration in apps like Lightroom, Premiere, etc
Ability to convert files between any app (ie Indesign to Photoshop)
Full integration of all apps with Frame.io

I love Adobe because of all of the apps you get. In the creative field, you might need to design for print, edit a video, sort photos, and tweak a social media graphic all in the same day. Having such a robust app set for one subscription price is amazing. I often find myself doing animation work, photo sorting, and creating graphics all in the same day. All of these apps work well since they are similar in UI/UX. It is a lot easier than using other competing products. I also love that you can license 2 computers per user.
It is used for developing training solutions. The product addresses a range of situations from managing PDFs to producing images and videos.
Pros
It has tools for every need.
It is not overwhelmed with AI features... yet.
Each application is somewhat similar, so you can transfer skills.
Cons
Each platform could be even more similar so that you don't have to learn the basics of each one.
Acrobat is functional, but clunky. It feels like a 90s application.
Too many tools are hidden in the complex programs.
Likelihood to Recommend
It's great when the company has the resources and there are a variety of development needs. If you have limited needs, then the whole suite isn't necessary.
Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise is used for end-to-end production of artifacts from discovery through to product delivery, producing publishing materials in both printed and digital formats. Its suite of applications is widely used by design teams and editorial teams, enhancing workflows that create a variety of assets. Individual apps are managed at a user level with overall access and permissions governed at an enterprise level. Whilst there are other competitor products that meet the needs of the business, there is nothing as comprehensive as the Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise suite that allows businesses to operate securely. This is the reason it is an industry leader in supporting businesses manage licences and app permissions so well.
Pros
Licence management for individual applications
Providing appropriate user level controls
Delivering industry standard applications to teams who need them
Cons
Need better support for digital product design workflows
Cloud file storage is restrictive
A lot of promotional upselling of other features and apps
Likelihood to Recommend
I don't think the fonts enablement works particularly well in Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise, but overall, managing licenses and permissions, it does a good job. In terms of the apps it delivers for users: for creating web-based artwork assets, it is still top in its class, and an industry leader, but to create wireframes, specifications, and product prototypes, it seems to have pulled back from these market opportunities. It also doesn't seem to have explored the workshopping, discovery type applications. For this type of work it feels like applications like Figma, FigJam and Miro have the market cornered. I would like to see improved integration with other apps too.

Across our business we use the whole Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise for almost all aspects of the business, from brand and communication design pieces to Video editing and digital compositing for events. We have a lot of people all over the world that are part of the enterprise account which allows us to share and move assets within its cloud storage to help things keep consistency.
Pros
Account Management
Design Tools
Industry standard and training
Cons
Depreciation of tools without an alternative
Smart locking of assets doesnt seem to stay consistent
Pricing structure and tool permissions
Likelihood to Recommend
It is good if you need to share assets across a design team and / or production teams for larger campaigns, everyone can utilize the same objects and assets that allows for a fast building of campaigns in total as there is not a need for recreation to fit the need.
I use Adobe CC to create videos, PDFs, and infographics for course content and educational material. Adobe's tools allow me to maintain consistent branding and produce professional-level motion graphics and high-quality images, audio, and PDF formatting. The AI tools, while not essential, help in a pinch when resources and time are limited.
Pros
Motion Graphics / video generation.
Formatting interactive PDFs.
Use of assets over multiple projects.
Cons
Steep learning curve.
Clunky versioning - sometimes it's difficult to make sure you are using the current version.
Draconian login / account verification.
Likelihood to Recommend
A dedicated team of professionals who are trained in Adobe products, sharing assets for projects. Teams where ease of use is important, a simpler tool like Canva would be ideal. However, if assets can be reused and relinked over multiple projects, Adobe saves a great amount of time updating individual project files, allowing multiple projects to be updated with ease.
I teach the Adobe CC. Our school offers students a license for the semester in which they are enrolled in an Adobe-focused course. This has been a game-changer for students, as they can focus on learning the software by logging in through our Work/School account. The ability for them to install/uninstall applications as needed is great. It frees up space on their devices, allowing them to focus on the application we are currently using.
Pros
Easily administered by our IT department.
Accessible - easy to access.
Seamless updating of applications.
Cons
Not having education apps like Captivate as part of the plan is frustrating, since a separate login is required.
Make it easier to switch between accounts.
Bring back Animate support/updates.
Likelihood to Recommend
It works well for our purposes (teaching Creative Cloud). The ability to add/remove students from the license as they are enrolled is great! I do imagine that, at some point, cost will be a factor.
I use the suite to deliver creative artifacts and share the deliverables with other people on the team. The range of apps I use is not that wide, because it mainly corresponds with my role (UX Designer with UI features where necessary). This means I mainly use Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. However, I see huge benefits of using AI-powered environment.
Pros
Cloud collaboration is something creative roles always look for
It fits in nicely with MS365 environment which is heavily used by me team
Easy reuse of cloud assets by everyone on the team
Cons
Some apps may be heavy for hardware, especially one someone on the team has older hardware
Real-time collaboration may be improved (I'm using Figma too and it's way ahead of this environment)
I sometimes run into problems with seamless moving of assets between the apps
Likelihood to Recommend
Well, if you look for a wide range of creative apps this is definitely an environment I would recommend. However, this may lack some collaborative features other tools have (e.g. Figma I have mentione before). As a global tool it's perfect and may be used by many teams world wide. Considering the purchase should however be considered, if the team requires something more project-specific (or narrower in range).

In our organisation, we use varying Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise plans. Design related professionals use Creative Cloud Pro, giving them acccess to all creative tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or Firefly. Marketing professionals use Creative Cloud Standard, giving them access to the most essential tools for their workflow. Other departments and individuals use varying apps, mostly Adobe Acrobat Pro as they mostly work with documents. Personally, I use Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, and it's excellent to have access to all creative apps and be able to incorporate them into my workflow. As a marketing manager, I mostly use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Firefly to edit images and help me prepare marketing campaigns for our projects. It's extremely useful to have a management app like Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise to manage all the apps in one place, install them, update them or learn more about them.
Pros
Streamlined access to all Adobe Creative Cloud apps
Market-leading apps for all professions including design and marketing departments
State-of-the art features, enabled by AI, incorporated in most of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps
Cons
Plans for small-size enterprises or startups
High hardware requirements for most the apps
Frequent crashing of apps due to various reasons
Likelihood to Recommend
There is no other comparable app that would allow the professionals to use the width of features that the Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise and its apps have. It's extremely well suited for all design and marketing related professions, as they can utilize the numerous features by all apps. Photoshop and Lightroom is excellent for photography, Illustration and InDesign is excellent for creating advertisemenets, Premiere and AfterEffects is incredible for vide editing, Acrobat is excellent for working with documents, Adobe Stock is excellent for all of these, providing access to files ready for your use (whether its images, videos or templates), and most of these apps are also powered by Adobe Firefly, state of the art AI model that can increase the efficiency of your work flow in every field. Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise as an app itself is excellent for managing all of these applications.
