Adobe Express helps us to create and design our social media posts. It also helps us ideate what some of our posts could be in the future.
Pros
Ideation
Usability
Integration with other apps
Cons
AI Quality
More templates and graphics
Likelihood to Recommend
When needing ideas for social media, it can be very helpful. Even creating a template or the entire post can be done within Express. I think it works better as something for ideation and storyboarding rather than final production, but the creations can be easily taken out to another app.
Honestly, I don't find it worthwhile. Although it's included in my Adobe subscription, I haven't yet appreciated its value when stacked against InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Pros
Quick Creations
Provides opportunity to the unskilled
Library of assets for creations
Cons
More control over text

I've heard a lot of people recommend Adobe Express and Canva for graphic design projects. However, in my experience, I often find myself logging in and spending so much time sifting through templates and experimenting with various features. By the time I finish, I realize I could have easily brought my original idea to life using programs from the Creative Suite in half the time.

Adobe Express is a great tool for my team to use for internal presentations. It stores our brand font and brand colors making it very easy to stay within our brand framework. It also offers lots of interesting and unique graphics for us to utilize in order to elevate our presentations. It’s a great tool!
Pros
Adobe Express stores our brand colors and fonts making it seamless to design within our brand guidelines.
I love the remove background tool. It elevates our presentations even more.
All of the templates and themes that the software comes with makes it very easy to dive right in, instead of starting from a blank canvas.
Cons
I would love to see even more creative designs and graphics that we could be using for our internal brand.
More template and theming options.
Suggested powerpoint builds using AI instead of us having to create our own.

Adobe Express makes it so easy to get creative right away. They offer so many tools and great functionality to dive right in, instead of starting from a blank canvas and getting a creative block.
We use it to quickly make social media content, as well as for pitch decks .
Pros
Great for users who are non designers
Great for quick creation of materials with templates
Helps with brand consistency with users outside of the core design team
Cons
No custom vectors
No advanced photo editing. You would still have to do that in another program like Photoshop.
Less variety in the templates than Canva
Likelihood to Recommend
We have integrated it into our social media "toolbox". And it has proved useful for quick creation. Where it doesn't shine is custom graphics and photo manipulation. It would be nice to have more editing tools integrated.
It would help with creating quick e-mail blasts to help advertise to our clients on product deals and offerings we have on a monthly to weekly basis.
Pros

Cons
Layers in a seperate window

I work at a community college. We use Express primarily for promoting events where I will need multiple sizes- for example, if we have a homecoming dance, I will need to make graphics that can be easily resized.
As a partner, I recommend Adobe Express for K–12 because it combines creativity with responsibility. Its AI features are designed with student safety and ethical standards at the core, ensuring content generation is appropriate, bias-aware, and privacy-conscious. Educators can confidently integrate Adobe Express into classrooms knowing it supports secure environments, aligns with digital literacy principles, and empowers learners to create without compromising trust or compliance.
