Simple and Effective Application

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used across our organization as a CRM. It does a good job of keeping potential clients, existing clients, and everything in between organized. Entering information is easy. It also tracks all interaction that occur between interested parties.

Pros

  • Organization
  • Data Housing
  • Exporting Data

Cons

  • Sometimes interacting with a large data set is a little buggy, i.e. choppy when navigating the page.
  • It would be nice to have a feature, where the status of an opportunity changes automatically when a certain thing happens. For instance, when I send a cold email, the status of a prospect would change from "identified" to "contacted."

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited to be used as a CRM. It is also good at keeping track of interactions with prospects automatically. It is extremely customizable too. To me, it seems like a supercharged spreadsheet that keeps track of the things that would be too time consuming to do manually.

Affinity is the Best CRM for Venture Capital Firms

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using Affinity for almost a year and love the product. We are a venture capital firm and I use affinity to manage my relationships with prospective investments and other investors. Using their lists features, I can easily create list and sort by priority, location, status, when I have last contacted them, etc. The seamless integration with Outlook makes and smart features make the data entry part of this easier than any other CRM that I have seen.

Pros

  • Outlook Integration
  • Easy to Use Design
  • Easy exporting of data
  • Allies with other contacts is a cool feature

Cons

  • More prompts to update and sort new connections
  • More visual appeal on each listing on a list
  • An Outlook desktop app plugin

Likelihood to Recommend

Very well suited for venture capital or any firm where you are managing a lot of stakeholders that are in different groups.

Intel For Target Companies and Individuals

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Nudge.ai is being used by sales and business development. It is a great source of intel on target companies and individuals. The daily email is reviewed for social media or news mentions, which can then be used in outreach to the prospect. Something like, "Congratulations on being named an employee of the year," gives us a great way to stay connected and top of mind.

Pros

  • Locates social media and news mentions of target companies and individuals
  • Integrates seamlessly with Gsuite Gmail
  • Info is presented in a very user-friendly manner

Cons

  • The Gsuite add-on can be a little intrusive in that it takes up screen real estate
  • Web dashboard is a little busy, so it can be overwhelming out the gate
  • Some of the features are only available with the paid subscription—giving a "taste" would be helpful in assessing whether to pay or not

Likelihood to Recommend

Nudge.ai is well suited for individual contributors without enough time or resource to do proper research on clients/prospects. It may work as well for larger teams, but I don't have experience using Nudge.ai in that environment. Nudge.ai is easy to use, so the onboarding and ramp-up time is quick.
