Overall Satisfaction with Affinity
It is being used across our organization as a CRM. It does a good job of keeping potential clients, existing clients, and everything in between organized. Entering information is easy. It also tracks all interaction that occur between interested parties.

- Exporting Data
- Sometimes interacting with a large data set is a little buggy, i.e. choppy when navigating the page.
- It would be nice to have a feature, where the status of an opportunity changes automatically when a certain thing happens. For instance, when I send a cold email, the status of a prospect would change from "identified" to "contacted."

- Pipeline Management
- Logging interactions
- Hard to quantify - I know my job would be exponentially more difficult if I didn't have it.
- Affinity frees someone in business development or sales of the endless spreadsheets needed to track pipeline progress.
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
Two different companies, so it's not like I chose one over the other. However, after using both Affinity and Salesforce, I can say that Affinity is easier to use due to its simplicity. Salesforce had a lot of bells and whistles, that when used appropriately, I'm sure can help, but its not needed for what I currently do.
