Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AIR CRE Contracts for 90% of all our commercial Leases. Some issues we run into are that we do not agree with all the lease language within and so we have to use adobe to edit out the areas we do not want shown since AIR CRE Contracts does not allow me to delete it without redlining the languauge which causes issues between negotiations later on.

Pros

They put in a lot of language that balance on both the Landlord and Tenant side
They make it easy to fill out
You are able to add in language relatively simple

Cons

When adding in languauge, it would help if the font sizes were equivalent to the rest of the lease so that we do not have to adjust after
Additional languauge for landlord protection
Not charging if there was a small correction such as date!
