We needed a simple yet powerful tool to bring all of our teachers on the same page. I took interest in Allo when I saw its Daily Standup template and I thought it is a great solution for our online Weekly Huddle meetings. Some of our teachers are experts at using modern technology but some just get by. However, all of them understand one thing: the whiteboard. Allo enables us to use the familiarity of this centerpiece of the classroom to present ideas, challenges, and problems in an intuitive and digital way.
Pros
team's report at Weekly Huddle
designing new teaching aids
collaboration on writing textbooks
Cons
more views for projects
more templates
task management options inside a canvas (deadlines, recurring etc)

Allo is ideal for brainstorming, designing, and presenting information in a remote company. With its easy-to-use tools and modern, minimalistic, and non-intrusive interface these kinds of tasks can be done in Allo beautifully. However, it was difficult for us to have a detailed project schedule (with automatic reminders for tasks and subtasks). To sum up, Allo is a perfect digital paper canvas but currently, it lacks automation features.
We are constantly sharing documents on Slack and it's becoming a huge issue to keep it all organized per project. We make use of Allo to make boards for each project now and then upload all of our documents there. It keeps things organized and clean and much easier to pull out what we need at a moment's notice.
Pros
Ease of us
Visually appealing
Clean design
Cons
A lower cost
Customizations for companies
Easier management of multiple users

Allo is extremely well suited for companies that share lots of internal documents and assets that could easily be grouped into boxes. We manage several projects so it makes sense for us to condense all of our documents that various team needs, by team and department with our clients.
The use of visual tools like diagrams and drawings make it easy to create a context-rich collaboration environment that can overcome distance and cross-team collaboration problems. A great tool to use in today's ever growing remote workplace

offer more templates for a user to be able to use
offline functionality could be improved. Tends to be slow.

The ability to combine visual information with voice calls and develop concepts in real-time
