Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our Organisation uses Allstacks to deploy software without much hassle as it allows creation of pipeline along with providing realtime metrics for easier detection of any issue in case it arises. It provides a clear look into the the problems which are causing inefficiencies. Allstacks provides insightful data based on a number of parameters which is not there in any other platform. To resolve any issue, we don't have to rely on gut feeling rather we can rely on metrics.

One of the greatest feature of Allstacks is that it provides predictive analysis for the deployed software in case it will fail. It helps Software Developers a lot of time debugging the error and thus improves efficiency.

Another great feature is that it uses historical work data and uses Machine Learning and AI to build predictive model.

AllStacks helps my managers pull their team analytics into one place, where we can observe, strategize and act based on real data.<div>it uses machine learning models and analyse the sdlc data for delivery risks and engineering leads.

Their value stream intelligence platform increase insights across all our global projects and tools.</div>

Very useful tool that gathers different metrics and presents them in a visual way.

They have provided with a group of metrics that we were previously gathering and calculating with several manual steps.

I like how intuitive it is for us to see and therefore measure progress on jira epics against their subsequent child tasks

Main are we use Allstacks is for predictive forecasting. We identify which areas are not in the correct path and what type of risks we may encounter on certain initiatives and come up with solutions to mitigate any delays. Any bottlenecks are easily identified in Allstacks and helps the organization to get the ongoing projects/operations back on track.

Our teams are now well equipped to communicate to the management with more transparency and clarity. All teams have improved their conversations. Managers are able to monitor the teams real time KPIs and identify any concerns immediately. We have been able to avoid many timeline delays. we do not miss any areas in our processes as we did before. The "helicopter" view on the entire process is highly valued.

Allstack is a powerful tool for assessing teamwork and reporting to clients.

I was talking with a coworker the other day about Allstacks. We both agreed on the analogy of "viewing the entire field" to characterize Allstacks and what they've done for us. There are no longer blind areas (in technology and in business).

We outsource most of the test management systems, and to track the record of those test cases; we use the All stack. Various test cases are rolled out through the system and using Allstacks; we keep the track record and transparency about the development of the project. Reviews and comments are then checked to allocate excessive resources in between.

Cons

  • Server connection error needs to be fixed and even login issue some times.
  • Visualization of graph can be improved.
  • More integration would be useful between individual reports and other reports (automation).

Likelihood to Recommend

For our test management team, this product is always handy as we outsource the majority of test cases. There are more than 6-7 different teams we need to monitor and reallocate the test cases depending on the success rate and our intended finish date of the task. We particularly used this for tracking purposes only.
