Almabase is a new platform to us as of last Fall. We moved from another platform that was no longer supported to handle our email communications, event management and registrations and online gifts. There are about 10 staff members on the platform to do various tasks and we use it every day for either processing gifts, adding/maintaining events or emails, or managing constituent updates.

Smaller fundraising shops that use RE NXT are definitely well suited to use Almabase. I know there are other connections they offer but I am not able to speak to them. Almabase customer support is very easy to work with and they are quick to respond. They also listen closely and make quick improvements based on requests, when possible.
