We used Allscripts Paragon as our Hospital EHR until this month. We also used it our finance system and payroll system.

10 years ago the product was a good product, owned by McKesson and built on newer code. Over the years it has failed to keep up with the rapidly changing healthcare changes and struggled to fix those problems it created with new code. We had to recently move to Epic as a Community Connect client to keep up with all the changes as Paragon couldn't.
