What is Amazon CodeGuru?

Amazon CodeGuru is a developer tool that provides recommendations for improving code quality and identifying an application’s most expensive lines of code, performing automated code reviews and application performance recommendations. When Amazon CodeGuru Reviewer is enabled on a source code repository, users can set it up to perform a scan for every source code pull request made on that repository. When Amazon CodeGuru Profiler is enabled to profile an application, it samples the CPU utilization and latency characteristics of the application runtime to create an application profile. For applications running on Amazon EC2 instances, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, AWS Fargate or AWS Lambda each application profile is priced based on the number of sampling hours CodeGuru Profiler performs.
