Today I use AmplifAI to help my team make data driven decisions on a daily basis around performance management. AmplifAI gives my team a one stop shop to access their coaching, view their team's performance, and utilize gamification. Since using AmplifAI, my team has been given additional time back into their day and it has improved communication within the team by allowing all teammates to know at all times where they stand from a performance standpoint.
