AmpliFund has proven to be a valuable tool for organizations seeking to streamline their grant management processes. Users have found that the software eliminates the need for cumbersome Excel spreadsheets, allowing them to easily track grant due dates and manage budgets. This not only saves time but also provides a centralized platform for all grant-related information and materials.

One of the standout features of AmpliFund is its ability to efficiently manage bulk grants. This has been particularly beneficial for organizations with a high volume of grant applications, as it allows them to focus on more critical tasks while ensuring that grants are properly tracked and managed. In addition, the software simplifies expense tracking, providing users with a clear view of the balance of line items. This proves especially helpful during audit season when accuracy and transparency are paramount.

While some users have encountered challenges with certain features that may require additional training, they have generally found it easy to track expenses and view balance details within AmpliFund. Additionally, the product trainer has received praise for their responsiveness and specialized training sessions. Overall, AmpliFund offers a user-friendly experience that empowers organizations to have complete control over their grants from start to finish.

Despite these positive experiences, some users have reported negative encounters with AmpliFund. Issues such as promised functionalities not being delivered, slow servers, unresolved support tickets, and disappearing or changing data have been cited. Users have expressed frustration with slow tech support responses initially providing instructions they had already tried. However, they also noted that the CEO was responsive and willing to address these issues when escalated.

It's worth noting that AmpliFund may be better suited for smaller organizations rather than larger ones that require a more robust system integrating HR and financial portals. Nevertheless, it has proven to be a valuable replacement for outdated methods like shared Excel spreadsheets, offering better grant tracking and reporting capabilities for senior leaders and grant writers.

In summary, AmpliFund serves as a centralized grant repository, streamlining the management process and providing easy access to information and materials. It has been embraced by many organizations seeking to improve their grant tracking and reporting capabilities, despite some challenges faced by users.

We used AmpliFund to give our extremely decentralized organization access to a centralized grant library of data and resources. We required data on current grant programs with nonprofits, and Streamlink gave us access to the precise audience we required. The Streamlink crew could not have been more pleasant to work with, and the program was easily customizable to match our needs.
  • Great UI
  • It works in Windows OS
  • Documentation
  • The document management aspect could be cumbersome
  • Customer support
  • Difficult to use
The application procedure was the sole practical aspect of this software that actually benefited our organization. We had been using paper applications, but AmpliFund allowed us to completely digitize and streamline the process. Even though we had a few problems with reviewers not having the proper rights and had to contact multiple times to remedy this, this was still a useful service.
  • Reporting
  • Streamlink
  • Training
  • Functionality
We previously submitted our data via Excel, and everything went smoothly. I think the purpose of AmpliFund was to make it simpler for the grantor to integrate spending data from various grantees, but that never worked out for them.
