Appspace (developed by Appspace Inc.) is a cloud-based workplace experience and digital workplace platform that unifies corporate intranet, digital signage, space reservation, and visitor management within a single environment. Designed for communications, human resources, facilities, and IT operations teams, Appspace provides a centralized infrastructure for publishing internal communications, managing physical workplace displays, coordinating desk and room bookings, and administering visitor access.

Igloo Acquisition & Intranet Integration

Appspace acquired digital workplace provider Igloo Software, integrating Igloo's intranet, document management, and social collaboration capabilities directly into the Appspace platform under the Appspace Intranet product line. This acquisition expanded Appspace beyond physical workplace displays and space management into software-based employee communications and knowledge sharing. Unified Product Modules

Appspace is structured into four core product modules that operate independently or as an integrated platform:

• Appspace Intranet: A corporate intranet and employee communications workspace incorporating content authoring, targeted news feeds, document repositories, and team collaboration channels (including the integrated Igloo intranet technology).
• Appspace Signage: A digital signage content management system (CMS) for publishing announcements, video channels, emergency alerts, and operational metrics across workplace display screens and kiosks.
• Appspace Workspace: Space reservation and room booking software for managing desk check-ins, meeting room schedules, floor plans, and workplace utilization analytics.
• Appspace Visitors: A visitor management system for lobby registration, guest check-in, badge printing, host notifications, and workplace security compliance.

AI Assistants & Enterprise Integrations

The platform incorporates Appspace Intelligence, an embedded layer of configurable conversational AI assistants that interface with enterprise software tools. Users can interact with the assistant to generate communications content, schedule meeting spaces, or query usage metrics. Appspace Intelligence integrates with third-party systems including ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Cisco Webex.

Infrastructure & Deployment

Appspace is delivered as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform with native companion applications for iOS and Android devices. It provides centralized IT administration, role-based access controls (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO) integration, and cross-module analytics reporting.
