What is ARLO CRM?

ARLO CRM is a cloud CRM and agency management system for independent property and casualty insurance agencies in the United States. It was created by an insurance agent and agency owner (Bell & Lyons Insurance, Florida) who lives the daily operational struggles of running an agency: client data scattered across spreadsheets and carrier portals, dec pages re-keyed by hand, ACORD paperwork, missed renewals and commissions that never reconcile. ARLO was built to solve those problems, and its workflow follows the agency sales cycle: lead, client record, quote, branded proposal, online acceptance, bound policy, then renewals, certificates and commissions tracked from the same record.

Key features

  • AI dec page reading: agents upload a declarations page and ARLO extracts premium, fees, coverages, billing schedule and endorsements into the client and policy record.
  • ACORD forms: official ACORD 125, 126, 127, 130, 131, 140, 25 and 27 generated and pre-filled from the client record or an uploaded dec page.
  • Certificates and proposals: unlimited certificates of insurance and branded quote proposals that clients review and accept online.
  • Renewals and automation: a renewal pipeline ranked by premium at stake, with automatic welcome, renewal, birthday and cancellation emails.
  • Commissions and compliance: commission tracking with carrier statement reconciliation and a built-in E&O diary.
  • Analytics: book of business by line, producer and carrier, month-over-month sales and commission forecasts.

Pricing model

ARLO CRM uses flat team pricing rather than per-user pricing: 99, 199 or 299 USD per month for the agency, with additional seats at 39 USD, no setup fee and no long-term contract. An optional Market Access program gives newly licensed agents carrier appointments with the CRM included.

Who it is for

Solo agents and small to mid-size independent agencies writing personal and commercial lines that want one system for clients, policies, ACORD paperwork and commissions instead of spreadsheets or per-user agency management systems.
