Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a finance professional in a healthcare company, I rely on athenaOne mostly for month-end reporting relating to our patient revenue. I run various reports on claims data to extract our monthly revenue. I also drill into patient level data when we send refunds to ensure the expense is coded to the correct clinic.

  • Very easy to keep track of quality measures.
  • Easy to track suspect conditions, care gaps.
  • Easy to review performance of providers across the whole organization.

Cons

  • At this point I can not think of anything that I am missing.
