All documents from the ATO, both electronic and paper, are processed for us by ATOmate. We have been with them for a long time and their product just gets better and better. Previously, we had to manually scan every file which took days to do and separate them into partners but now it is all done by ATOmate.
Pros
- They are at the forefront of any changes with the way the ATO is working
- The pro-actively find solutions for problems that could arise
- They keep us informed of any downtime with their product or the ATO
- They get almost all documents from the portal without any input from us.
Cons
- Sometimes the ATOmate web portal is very slow
- There is a lack of logging of events that we as users can see
- We should be able to assign a partner to documents where the client is unknown
Likelihood to Recommend
<div>ATOmate has automated so many processes and we are now able to assign staff to more meaningful tasks rather than sorting out paper documents.</div><div>In saying that, there are times when manual intervention is required like sending out a big payment required.
