This way when the customer actually made a sudden request or they want to access sensitive information on their own, the data is readily presented to them. Needless to say we use this mined and catalogue data for a variety of inhouse training and other improvement initiatives.

It is great for teams to get started and get an established process onboarded across the organization. But I feel as teams and organizational practices evolve, a more robust tool like AWS is better suited. In my personal experience. I also feel there could have been a better knowledge library or community established (for example salesforce community) to engage with current users and troubleshoot.

Using this software requires a commitment to significant organization, but the features are there to successfully keep our team on track for the many ongoing tasks.

This program works very well. Small tweaks or simplifications would improve user experience for new employees. We usually have to spend some time and have short training sessions with anyone who is new to the application, but they seem to catch on quickly. I think that can be attributed to the interface and help features. Overall, works well and allows a customizable organization.

Although it is not the only database-management-like system that provides such a feature; nevertheless, the filters that come along the way for each search do make a great job outstanding querying the data.

Azure Data Catalog helps to manipulate data efficiently. It is a fantastic fully managed cloud service that can be used to get a good hold of data sources. Whatever role a person is in, it makes understand data very easily. Certain formats of a document cannot be imported or exported. But mostly it's a great product and you will love it for sure.
