What is BergFlow?
BergFlow is BergLabs.ai’s control plane for governed enterprise operations. It creates the controlled record for work entering an operating process, supporting structured intake, versioned records, routing and context, evidence and decisions, approvals and policy, exception review, and audit history.
BergFlow provides a traceable workflow layer for enterprise teams that need to govern data and operational processes across functions. It maintains context and decision history as work moves through review and execution, and can route exceptions to human reviewers where judgment is required.
BergFlow works alongside BergAuto, BergLabs.ai’s execution layer for confidence scoring, repeatable automation, agent and tool execution, API and webhook actions, and returned outcomes. BergLabs.ai also provides configurable implementation, managed delivery, and operational support for deployment into existing client environments.
