BlueOcean operates in Brand Intelligence, providing CMOs and their teams the ability to quantify brand performance and access always-on, contextual insights that tear down data silos and build a holistic view of brand health. BlueOcean states that by taking a fundamentally different approach to brand data and insights, they aim to inspire more creativity and help teams unlock a brand strategy that confidently drives business performance.


Differentiators, as provided by the vendor:

  • Traditional survey-based brand trackers provide generic, high-level snapshots into brand health on an infrequent basis, and not only are time consuming and costly, they are subject to bias and methodology issues. They are not an effective tool to arm everyone in the organization with the ongoing insights they need to make timely, confident decisions that drive brand impact.

We use Brand Navigator as a tool to measure our Brand Health. We rely on this powerful platform from BlueOcean to analyze important measures for top of the funnel/early stage customer journey key metrics including familiarity, preference, and sentiment. The insights are in real time and allow us to take action on our findings quickly.

BlueOcean's Brand Navigator is a new online platform we're using to measure our overall brand health. It has real-time data and information relative to the competitive set we assign that provide faster insights then using surveys as snapshots in time. This is a supplemental tool that we are using for performance measurement to sit alongside MSIGHTS, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and our internal SAP systems.
