BotSay is AI Visibility Software (GEO Tools) from Caspio that tracks how brands appear in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode. Each week, it submits a defined set of buyer questions across these engines and uses the answers and cited sources to recommend pages to write and websites on which to seek mentions. Recommendations are ranked by the number of questions they could help address.

Teams can record a page’s publication date and track subsequent brand mentions for the questions that page targets. BotSay compares results before and after publication to assess changes in visibility. These comparisons show observed changes rather than establishing that the published page caused them.

BotSay repeats questions using a consistent weekly method and compares consecutive weeks when all engines have returned complete results. Mention rate includes the answer count and an uncertainty range to help distinguish changes from variation. Results reflect the selected questions and developer-access or licensed search-data responses; individual users may receive different answers.

Teams can compare their brand with selected competitors using five measures: mention rate, share of voice, average position in answers, the share of cited links pointing to their websites, and estimated sentiment. BotSay is built and operated by Caspio.
