Talent now Recruit X is the real game in the market. It handles our everything now. We mostly use it for onboarding new batches in our team. We just have to add their attributes and it’s done. It’s very useful for company like us where we have to recruit 100s of new agents every week.
Pros
- It’s real beast for onboarding process.
- It have a very good system of managing staff.
- It’s also great for assigning tasks.
Cons
- It’s attendance system need a little improvement. It has a good interface but it’s very basic.
- It should add some new feature like assigning leave to new employees.
- It should a module for advance salary.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would definitely recommend it to my fellows as it is very efficent to use. It’s cost efficent and it is adding some new features related to salary calculation which are way better then any other tool currently available in market. <div><span style="letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">Its suitable for almost every size of company.
