Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We rely on Celayix to help us organize the company's shifts efficiently so that we can assign employees to the work shift that corresponds to them, with the staff that is available at that time. It also allows us to have greater control of employee hours worked, attendance, and leave.

Pros

I like that it also allows me to integrate with Quickbooks accounting software and Sage payroll, getting everything coupled in the same system.
All the management of hours control is very accurate since we can make the change of shifts so that there is no confusion with the hours of employees and together with the management of the availability, allows us to know which employee is available for shifts.
It has an absence tracking, where we can see all the absences of the employees, as well as the next vacations to know when we need to look for a replacement.

Cons

Although you can use the software in its web version and its mobile version, I feel that the mobile version is not as intuitive as the web, leaving out important functions.
I wish the technical support would provide more help in terms of configuring the software, as we had to install it blindly.
Sometimes the software slows down and freezes, we haven't checked yet if that affects the employees' hour counter, I guess not, as we haven't received any complaints from them.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We love this software in the human resources department because it makes it much easier to organized tasks and control employees. It is so complete, that in the same platform we can enter the curriculum of each worker, time and manage absences, check printouts, plus a complete CRM.

Pros

The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.

Cons

The recruiting function does not work as expected in my opinion, and the work has to be done almost manually.
I would like the menus to remain fixed and not to be displayed, as it is annoying to look for them again when I move the mouse.
Occasionally the program hangs and slows down but it does not affect the time schedule of the workers.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is a very complete program that helps the human resources department. It facilitates tasks, automates basic activities and the best thing is that there are no more errors in the payroll and payments of workers because with Celayix we know exactly the hours worked by employees. It is an excellent program.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We need Celayix to create a coherent schedule for the company workforce and support rule-based scheduling for better shift and vacation plotting. Administrators have a view of employees' visibility before giving their approvals when handling time-off requests to ensure no discrepancies or overlaps occur.

Pros

Flexible scheduling
Eliminates confusion brought about by miscommunication
Supports integration with payroll services to ensure staff is paid accordingly
Monitoring employee activity and working hours

Cons

The no guarantee of temporary employees returning to work is a big concern and accountability is difficult

Likelihood to Recommend

The Celayix portals provide to the company are easily accessible from the web where employees can log their time-off requests and shift preferences, and can also update their availability and preferences anytime.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This tool makes it very easy to schedule a fully remote team and fill appropriate time slots. The process is almost automated once a remote user picks their availability. It also easily integrates with Salesforce that we use to track costs and pay employees.

Pros

This tool makes it very easy to schedule a fully remote team and fill appropriate time slots.
Easily report all time tracking.

Cons

The mobile version is a bit wanky and needs improvement.
No app available on the iPhone for employees (only managers).

Likelihood to Recommend

We have over 200 remote employees that work a variety of shifts that needed to be filled. This isn't your normal 9 to 5 time shifts so the need to find an easy solution was there. Celayix fills that gap easily!
