Cerner Millenium
Rating: 8 out of 10
IncentivizedUse Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Cerner Millenium for our EHR application. We are a research facility, and we use it as our medical record. It captures demographics, vitals, progress notes, labs, ekgs, consent forms and advance directives.
It is how we share information with clinicians within the facility and outside the facility. It has replaced our paper medical record.

Likelihood to Recommend
Cerner allows us to access and enter all the information that is needed to take care of the participants.
It is not really geared for the research environment. There was a lot of customization that was needed to tailor it to our needs.
There is turnover with staff in Cerner and when there were some downtimes Cerner staff did not know who to contact at our facility, eventhough the information was shared with them already.
