Checkbook.io

An Accounts Payable and Receivable software solution, Checkbook offers a way to send and receive Digital Checks instead of dealing with paper and postage, or more expensive online transactions. Features of Digital Checks for businesses include instant delivery, and online deposit, at $1 per transaction, regardless of the amount.

Users can send digital checks via the online checkbook.io interface. The user enters the recipient’s name, email, and the amount, and the recipient will receive an email of their check that they can instantly deposit, or print if they choose. For when there are multiple recipients, the user can upload a CSV file and send mass checks. Checkbook.io is integrated with Quickbooks, and can be downloaded from the Intuit Marketplace.

To support easier onboarding, recipients do not need a Checkbook account, just an email address. Checkbook then provides instant bank account verification for on-the-spot deposit -or they can print a paper check, if that’s their preference.

Also, live check tracking is available from Checkbook’s integrated accounting dashboard, where users can follow every digital check through every point of the process, from delivery and deposit to posting.
