Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We pull a great number of prospects from a few different list companies. Obviously, the emails could be old, so clearing out has been very beneficial, as cleaning out the correct emails that are still in use. This saves us an issue of a lot of bouncing emails which hurts our deliverability through our mailing system.

Cleans existing emails.
Keeps us compliant with our email system.

Cons

Honestly no issues at all.
Very quick to clean our emails out within about 5 to 10 minutes.
We generally will clean out between 1000 and 2000 names at a time.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is the only email cleaning program that we use. This is mandatory if you are doing large amounts of emailing two new cold prospects. We have an extremely low balance rate from our emailing system. Clear out is our go-to program to do this and, without question, saves our email URLs for a longer period of time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use it for cleaning up email lists, especially helpful as I have many list servers. It is also great for the import and export of data files in CLSX or CSV files. It’s a great way for our whole business to keep our inboxes clean and be able to respond promptly to customers.

Great for lead generation, email blasts, cleaning up in general to make room, keeping organized, keeping a clean contacts list, and helps validate lists for email campaigns. Less appropriate for email marketing service integrations (lead finder tools). This has improved, but it’s still a manual connection with our proprietary software.

Clearout is our go to email verification tool for vetting our email lists before we run email outreach campaigns. Clearout is currently used by our marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate email lists are being used in our email campaigns.

Clearout allows us to verify email lists in bulk. It is very accurate and easy to use. Several team members use it every month without issue and love the ease of use and the user friendly user interface.

Pros

Very easy to use with a nice user interface
Customer support is excellent, very responsive when you need something
Email validating highly accurate
Good value for the money - can go monthly or buy credits ad hoc

Cons

More integrations would be nice, not a fan of Zapier
Validating large lists can sometimes take a long time to complete

Clearout is the best and easiest email verification tool there is. It is a great tool for any company that does email outreach or needs to validate email lists on a regular basis. It is very easy to use, it's pretty much self explanatory. Clearout can validate both large and small email lists so it is appropriate for any size company that uses email marketing.
